Mashir Kresenshun is an artist based in Johannesburg, South Africa. He was born in 1999 in Greytown, Kwa-Zulu Natal. The artist spent most of his early childhood on his grandparent?s farm drawing cartoons and exploring nature. Kresenshun and his nuclear family, to date, moved 22 times in connection to the various job opportunities his parents embarked upon. Kresenshun is a multidisciplinary artist, best known for his drawings, prints and paintings on brown cardboard. He also creates works on paper and canvas, however cardboard is his matrix of choice.
